My baby boy is a month old today! Crazy how time flies. So I still have a couple more weeks before I am cleared to workout. In the mean time, I’ve been on pinterest searching for simple workout plans.
My plan is to start walking a few miles a day. We have a nice park by our house with a walking path and a treadmill, so there is no excuse for me to not get my steps in, right? I will use my fitbit to help me reach walking goals.
Now I want to do more than lose weight, I want to get toned as well. I found this great dumbbell routine on pinterest of course that I think will work well for me.
